2540 Paddock Circle

The Catawba River Club is a private gated, 180 acres, 35 home site community carefully designed around this bend of the Catawba's cool waters, nestled in the foothills of NC. These headwaters have been afforded protected status with the goal of Trophy Trout water designation. While the Catawba is the undeniable cornerstone of the Catawba River Club, the property also directly faces the monuments of the Blue Ridge Mountains: Grandfather, Table Rock, & Hawksbill Mountains. The views are breathtaking. Build your dream home in a very unique development that maintains miles of trails for residents to enjoy long walks and hikes along the river and through the woods.
