0 Canterbury Road

Approximately 4.91 acres. There is a creek that the land borders in some areas per the seller. There is an easement for a sewer line that is installed on the back of the property for any repairs needed. The seller was told many years ago when the easement was done that they could hook onto the sewer but they have no records of documents on that. The land is subject to a survey as the owner does not know where the boundary lines are and has no detail on the easement and does not think there are restrictions. There is a copy of the deed book 2240 page 978 that was online with Gaston County about the easement.
