**Your Own Little Corner of Camelot in the Mountains!**

Tucked away in the gated community of Lake Lure Village Resort, this .32 AC wooded homesite offers a peaceful setting, a sense of privacy, and the opportunity to create something truly your own. The gently sloping terrain may offer a promising starting point for planning your dream home or mountain getaway. Even better, short-term rentals are permitted, offering added flexibility for those considering a vacation property or investment opportunity, all with reasonable POA fees.

Founded in 1974 as a “Camelot in the Mountains,” Lake Lure Village Resort has a fascinating history and a character all its own. Originally home to the Chimney Rock Camp for Girls and later a summer camp for boys, the community retains several original camp buildings, including a horse barn and gym, adding a distinctive touch of history to this mountain retreat.

The amenities are just as inviting as the setting! Enjoy private Lake Lure access with approximately 1,800 feet of private shoreline, two marinas with 61 boat slips, kayak storage, a beach, picnic areas, gazebos, and a waterfall. Spend your days boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, or simply unwinding lakeside. Members and their guests also enjoy the original camp gym with a basketball court, a furnished community house, and boat and household storage facilities.

When you're ready to venture out, Chimney Rock State Park and downtown Lake Lure are less than five miles away, offering local dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences. Nearby medical/dentistry and Ingles grocery store with gas/diesel. Hendersonville and Black Mountain are approximately 30 minutes away, Asheville and AVL Airport about 45 minutes, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport roughly an hour and a half.

A little history, a little adventure, and a place to call your own. Could this be the beginning of your mountain story?
